| Using the Scanner Buttons

| Conditions for buttons to work properly
|
| The following conditions are required for the scanner buttons and DocAction to work properly.
|
|
|
| · | OCR: The OCR application program provided on our scanner CD-ROM must be installed on your computer.
|
| · | Scan: An application program must be selected to link with the Scan button.
|
| · | Copy: A printer must be connected and the printer driver has been correctly installed in Windows.
|
| · | E-Mail: A MAPI-compliant mail program must be installed on your computer.
|
| · | PDF: The OCR application program provided on our scanner CD-ROM must be installed on your computer.
|
| · | FTP: A FTP server must be correctly configured to connect with your scanner and your computer.
|
